How To Submit Artwork:

1. You can upload your artwork file via the submit button from the product page.
2.  Email it as an attachment to your Custom Print Specialist upon receiving your confirmation email, after placing your order.

The following file formats are accepted:

.pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd .doc, .ppt, .pub, .jpg, .tif, .pcx, .gif, .png, .bmp

Helpful Notes:

* Save files as editable working files.

* All fonts/typefaces must be converted to outlines or embedded in the file.

* Vector Artwork is preferred, however the skilled Art Team is able to ensure your artwork is printable.

Helpful Software Suggestions:

Adobe Illustrator:

• Convert text to outlines
• Embed linked images
• Save as .ai, .eps, or “Press Quality” .pdf

Adobe Photoshop:

• 300 dpi or higher is preferred
• Save as .psd, .tif, .jpg, .gif, or .png

Adobe Acrobat:

• Embed fonts used
• Save with “Press Quality” settings as .pdf

Microsoft Office:

• Include or embed fonts
• Save as .doc, .ppt, or .pub

Bitmaps:

• Scans, faxes, web images, etc
• Send as is
• Save as .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png,  or .tif,

After placing your order, you will receive an email from a Custom Printing Specialists. If your artwork was not submitted during the ordering process, you may send it to your specialist via email at this time.

Your Custom Printing Specialist will ensure submitted artwork is print ready, and will assist you with any needs you may have.

Prior to production you will receive a digital proof for your approval.
