Note: Please do not count the day that package ships out. Your order will ship out with in 1-2 business days after order is processed.
Actual shipping charges will be added to the grand total of your order. Please know we ship using UPS, we have a huge discounted rate with UPS due to our shipping volume.
When filling in your address to ship to please put Ex: Apt 10, or Suite 12, or Unit 10, etc on the second address line to insure correct shipping to your location.
• Wrong addresses or delivery to another address may be subject to a $13.50 address change fee.
All orders are usually shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. However during peak season orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being received excluding Holiday or days closed. Express orders must be placed before 9:00 am Pacific time zone, to ship the same day. If you need a package by a certain date please call so we can arrange the best shipping method for you. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted.
USPS (Priority Mail)
When choosing USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option please be aware that this can cause a delay of up to 1 to 2 business days. Our mail carrier picks up these packages in the early morning meaning that if your order is placed after the mail carrier picks up it would not leave our warehouse until the following day. Also, because the mail carrier does not immediately and directly take the package to the sorting facility it does not get on route to you until late or the following morning. This is why choosing USPS Priority Mail can take up to 3 to 5 business days in the USA (48 contiguous states) and 3-20 business days for International.
Using Personal UPS or FedEx or Freight Accounts
Due to the increasing cost of packaging all customers who ship on their own UPS or FedEx or Freight accounts will now be responsible for paying a handling fee of 3.5%. This will be calculated after you place the order and we will notify you of the amount of the handling fee to get approval to charge this amount. Your order will not ship until this is verified or you choose another shipping method.
All International shipments are subject to any and all duties and taxes required by the country in which the order will be delivered. Please be aware these charges are not affiliated with CTS Wholesale. Duties and taxes are imposed by the importing country's government. These charges must be paid by the name on the delivery address used when the order was placed. Orders can take anywhere from 3-20 business days for arrival. We ship International orders using FedEx, USPS & UPS.

30 Day Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 30 days from the day your order is received (see details below). We will give you the choice of exchanging your returned items for other merchandise, crediting your account towards future purchases, or refunding your credit card, the only cost to you would be the shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. Below are the conditions for a refund.
Presorted & Prepackaged Sunglasses
All sunglasses sold in pre-assorted colors should have at least ONE of each frame color as shown on the product photos visible on website. All sunglasses come prepackaged and presorted. We do not ensure equal quantities of frame colors.
If you wish to return your sunglasses, please send us an email and request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please ensure that you have read the following before emailing us:
• Packages sent back without an RMA number may be refused. So be sure you include this information on your package.
• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
• All sunglasses must be sent back in full dozens (12 pair) per style or will not be refunded.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and have a tracking number before you ship it back to us.
If you place an order with us and decide to cancel it while it is in route to you, you will be responsible for all shipping fee's. Once a package has been shipped it is subject to shipping fees both to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us before sending back your merchandise.
Issuing Credits / Refunds
Once your return is received, it can take up to one week to process. If you are receiving a refund on your credit card, we process the refund immediately but it may not reflect on your statement until you receive your next statement. If you are unclear on any of this information, or if you are uncertain whether your order qualifies for a return, please feel free to contact us before sending back your merchandise.
